This is a field-based, door-to-door appointment setting role.
You'll be speaking directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, starting conversations, and setting qualified solar appointments for Sunrun.
You are not closing systems at the door — your focus is creating opportunities for our closing team to present full solar solutions.
You will:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners face-to-face
- Identify interest in solar savings
- Set appointments for energy consultations

Up to $500 as a commission advance on capped deals — faster access to your earnings when deals hit the cap.
